The cargo pants sewing pattern takes a modern approach to classic utility pants. The exaggerated baggy fit and below belly-button waistline add a contemporary feel that pairs well with the otherwise traditional cargo pant details. These pants include a standard zipper fly, a faced waistline, and belt loops. As any good cargo pants should, they have ample pocket space, including five extra-large patch pockets: two at the front, two at the back, and one at the side of the leg. The look is finished with topstitching to accent the details of the pockets.
