The Mirri Wrap Dress PDF sewing pattern is a very beautiful jersey dress with pretty front pleats. It's a little bit tricky to get the pleats folded in the right direction. To help you here is a step by step picture tutorial.

The trick is to fold the excess in the right direction.
Place the right front piece with the backside of the fabric up.
Grab and fold the first pleat.
Fold and secure the pleat. Start the next pleat where I'm pointing!
Fold and secure again.
Then fold the last pleat. This is how it looks from the back side:
And when you turn the fabric with the right side up, this is how the pleats look when folded correctly.
Do you think there would be any way to extend the sleeves on this dress? I LOVE this style for a concert I am in, but we need to have at least 3/4 sleeves.
