**Terms of Sale for PDF Sewing Patterns**
When you purchase digital PDF sewing patterns from Wardrobe By Me, the process is simple and straightforward. Once your payment is processed, you will receive an email with a download link for your purchased patterns. The payment amount will be deducted from your account upon sending this email.
After receiving the download link, you can easily download and print the files at your convenience.
**Return and Cancellation Policy**
We offer a 14-day return and cancellation policy on our PDF sewing patterns, provided the pattern file has not been downloaded. If the download link has not been clicked, you are eligible for a refund. However, once the pattern has been downloaded, we cannot issue a refund. **Complaint and Refund Policy**
While we do not offer a 24-month right of complaint, we are committed to addressing any issues you might have with our products. Terms of Sale for Paper Sewing Patterns
Introduction
By placing an order for our paper patterns, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Purchase Process
1.1 Ordering
When you place an order for a paper sewing pattern, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order and are processing it.
1.2 Payment
All prices are listed in the currency appropriate for your location. Prices include applicable taxes (EU and UK) and fees. We accept payment via PayPal and credit cards. The total amount will be charged to your selected payment method at the time of order placement.
1.3 Shipping and Delivery
Orders placed before noon (CET) will ship the same day, and orders placed after noon will ship the following days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping rates are calculated during the Checkout, and we ship with Deutche Post.
2. Returns and Exchanges
2.1 Return Policy
You have the right to return paper patterns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received. The item must also be in the original packaging.
2.2 Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@wardrobebyme.com with your order details and reason for the return. We will provide instructions for returning the item. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
2.3 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
2.4 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at hello@wardrobebyme.com.
