Great coat, some problems with pattern editing

First of all this is a lovely coat pattern, quick to sew and good to wear.

I sized up to 3XL and added 4cm to arm lengths, with no problems.

I had 2 issues:
Notch on edge of undercollar does not have a corresponding notch on the coat front
Instructions for installing the welt pockets were unclear to me. I don't think having a single facing piece is as easy as having two and sewing them on separately, as most other patterns require. Plus there was a confusing instruction to 'form a single welt' after you'd pushed the facing through. Did this mean making an accordion fold with the facing piece - like you would do on trouser pockets? if so, no idea why you'd want to do that given that you already have a welt on top which will cover the opening. It adds unnecessary bulk and would probably also create a bulge. Anyway, I eventually ignored that, cut the facing piece in two, and all was well.
