Great sew, easy to follow instructions

I had a short time frame to get completed for an event and skipped the pockets. Next I'd love to put them in for everyday wear.
Will definitely be a well used pattern

        Awesome pattern

I made the vest for my dad . He loves the fit and style . Like all WBM patterns the drafting is brilliant , it’s has a professional finish . Looks great with formals or casuals .

I was a little concerned to make this vest with facing and lining. I followed the instructions step by step, used a lot of pins and everything got together smoothly. The vest turned out great!

        Beautifully constructed pattern

I was a little concerned about sewing this as it’s lined and rated 3/4 difficulty. Do not be deterred! The instructions were very clear and the pattern pieces fit together perfectly. I loved sewing this vest and the end result looks fabulous! Even I’m impressed that I made it!

This vest was a great pattern to sew with clear written instructions as well as a video tutorial for extra help if needed.
I particularly love the patch pockets for the “retro” look and the slightly longer front detail. You can create so many different looks by choosing different fabrics and topstitching colours. I am already in the process of making another vest, this time for my husband.
