Sweet Moira with oversized sleeves and generous gathers to create this romantic and lovely blouse and Dress. Moira sewing pattern has raglan sleeves, binding at the neckline, and narrow elastic at the end of the sleeves.
Make the Moira blouse with 1/2 3/4 or 7/8 length sleeves, and you can create a blouse or a tiered Dress in mini, midi, or maxi lengths.

What you need to make a Moira
- Woven fabric*
- Fusible interfacing
- Sewing thread
For a dramatic effect, use lovely crisp woven fabric such as cotton, linen, or silk, or make it with viscose or Tencel for a softer look.
