In the end I got a nice looking blouse in a viscose, size 40. However, I found
    a) the sleeves (for arms of normal length) way too long and shortended the sleeves by 5 cm. A buttoned cuff and slit is probaby not he best solution for a wide sleeve, a simple bound cuff could be more suitable for the look.
    b) the distance between the front buttons too large (10 cm) and choose 8 cm
    instead.
    c) the hem curve at the side seams too sharp for hemming neatly and flattened it out a bit.
