Sewing a wool coat requires an advanced set of sewing skills. You will both need to work a lot with your iron and be comfortable sewing a little by hand. Also, you need a good quality of interfacing that works great with your chosen fabric.

Fabric and notions

Choose a medium to heavyweight woven wool or wool blend fabric, and interfacing appropriately with the material. Choose a delicate slippery satin lining.
