Heart Tunic shirt sewing pattern

The Heart Tunic Shirt PDF sewing pattern is a gorgeous pull-on tunic with a banded collar and four-button front placket. The double yoke with a center-back box pleat creates a comfortable, relaxed fit. Choose from two types of sleeves and a classic curved hem or a long straight body with side slits at the hem.

Choose classic shirts weight woven fabric in Oxford cotton, poplin, or denim. Flannel, linen, or silk will work equally well. Choose a material with some structure if you are new to sewing plackets, collars, and cuffs.  Use interfacing that supports the fabric's weight.
