    Perfect fit, excellent instructions

This was the first pair of pants I’ve ever made and I am absolutely blown away with how well they fit and feel without requiring any adjustments. These are my new favorite pants and I’m making another pair now. Highly recommend!🌟

    Love these pants

I had been looking for a chino style pant with a wider leg and finally found it. The pattern is well drafted, went together easily. Since the first pair I made was from a more workwear type fabric and was the "wearable muslin" I substitutes patch pocket on the back rather than the welt pocket. But now I am looking to make them up in a more dressy fabric.

    Lovely details, poor garment measurements

I made these in October, 2021. My first indication of issues was when I looked at the finished garment measurements for sizes 16-22. They had to be inaccurate, since they were nearly the same as the body measurements. That only happens when working with knits. Ok, but I went by my body measurements and cut an 18 going to a 22 at the waist.
Wow! They ended up huge in a denim with a little stretch. Glad I didn’t use my $30/yard fabric!
So, to rectify, I took in 4-5” in the leg circumference and 2” in the waist, plus pulled the front and back up at waistline.
Things I love about the pattern: zipper fly and fly facing, bigger front pockets, welt back pockets, 2 piece waistband and the nice way to make belt loops.
Please, Wardrobe by Me, get the finished garment measurements right. Folks who do a lot of sewing know what their favorite garment measurements are and use these to determine sizing.
I think I will make them again, but in a smaller size as well as with deeper back pockets.

    Well worth the sew

First making pants for myself with all the fixing, back welt pockets, front pockets with facing. fly zipper, and I love it. They fit so well and the instructions are easy to follow, great illustrations too.

    Comfy pants!

I’m so glad with the high rise of the Hepburn Pants! The comfort is so much better for me when the rise is high and that in combination with the style. I still have to get used to wide leg pants, but after wearing it today I think I really like it! Together with my Summer Tulip Top and a Jean Jacket I’m ready to go!
